Linden

honey

Linden honey is most suitable for cultivation in the Northern Hemisphere, such as North America, Europe, and Asia. Linden flower honey possesses unique sensory characteristics, with a fresh floral scent, woody notes, hints of mint, and sweetness.

It has a rich golden colour, and due to its higher glucose content, it tends to be sweeter than other honeys. High-quality linden flower honey contains over 400 minerals, including calcium, magnesium, sulfur, copper, potassium, zinc, iodine, aluminum, nickel, phosphorus, manganese, cobalt, and more.

It also includes vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, E, and K, biotin, tocopherols, niacin, and various organic and inorganic acids. The thick and silky texture upon entry leaves a lingering aftertaste!
